Below is a list of things that you can do with your child at home.
1. Practice reading their high frequency words.
2. Read aloud to your child and let them read to you.
3. Make holiday, birthday, and/or thank you cards.
4. Arrange for playdates with friends.
5. Go to the public library, museum, park, zoo, aquarium, and/or beach.
6. Teach them how to tie their shoes.
7. Have "family game night" (Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, Uno, War (teaches them more/less))
8. Teach them their telephone number and address.
9. Visit Lakeshore on the weekends for free arts and crafts projects.
